Please note that a small service-area fee ($20–$35) may apply to homes outside Edmonton to account for travel time; it is shown on the booking form.

A First-Time Clean includes everything in a standard clean plus additional detail work to bring the home up to a maintenance level for future recurring visits: inside the microwave, backsplash and grout in kitchens and washrooms, baseboards, doors and trim, spot-cleaning walls, switches and high-touch areas, and dusting light fixtures, vents and fans. First-time cleans are required for all one-time bookings and for homes that have not been professionally cleaned within the past four weeks, because dust and build-up accumulate and need extra time. We recommend booking a recurring service afterwards to keep the home consistent, qualify for discounted recurring rates and avoid repeated first-time cleans.
