Cleaning by the hour
Priority rooms and custom task lists are $65 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Homes outside Edmonton may carry a service-area fee of $20–$35, shown on the booking form.

- A First-Time Clean ($100) is added for one-time bookings and homes not professionally cleaned in the past 30 days.
- Not satisfied? Tell us within 24 hours and we return within 48 hours at no charge.

Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?
Yes. Weekly cleaning saves 20%, bi-weekly 15%, tri-weekly 12% and monthly 10%. The more frequently you book, the better the rate — the booking page shows your discounted price as you choose.
Why do I need to book based on home size?
Booking your home’s full square footage ensures enough time for a thorough clean; under-booking can lead to incomplete cleaning. If the size was booked incorrectly, we review it with you on arrival and adjust as needed before starting the work.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We believe in flexibility — book as needed with transparent, upfront pricing. Many clients do choose recurring service for preferred scheduling and discounted rates once they start with us.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind our work 100%. If something isn’t done to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we come back to make it right, free of charge. If you’re still not satisfied, we refund your service.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $79 fee, and if a cleaner arrives and cannot access the home you are charged the full cost of the clean. To reschedule, email info@upriseclean.com or call 587-855-0767.
